This tool allows you to extract
editable text from image files and scanned documents without installing and buying expensive Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software. You can upload up to twenty image files at once. All the
OCR information will be stored in an
editable text file. Furthermore you can use create
searchable PDF and DjVu files from your input.

You can also upload
multipage PDF and DjVu documents. However, it is recommended to submit only
one file at the same time in that case which should not have more than 30 pages.
Its fast and easy: Just select up to twenty image files and press "Extract text!". The OCR result will be merged in a single text file then which you can download. You can watch the progress in realtime.
